How many of you are old enough to hate Anthony Newley?

He’s dead now, thank god, but he was a British actor, song writer, and singer. I don’t know about his acting or his song writing, but I sure do know about his singing. He was one of the worst singers I’ve ever heard.

Fucking people paid money to hear this crap, and cheered when he was finished.  How do you suppose shit like that works?  I mean, the British have some tastes that differ from ours, but how could anyone imagine that this up and down, warbly singing this douche bag did was good? Beyond that, how could anyone not puke listening to this shit?

I’m not going to trounce the dead any more than I already have, mostly because I don’t have anything else to say about this fucker. I always hated his singing, and I still hate it, and I hope I’ve brought some hate for it into your life, too.
